Anxiety and Worry

Anxiety sufferers are often overwhelmed, exhausted, and in a constant state of stress. Many struggle with attention or the inability to focus. Anxiety can present outwardly, yet often times an individual can appear calm, but their brain seems to never quiet down. The inability to “turn off the brain” is seen in symptoms of insomnia, obsessive thinking, and impulsivity. Helping people learn to calm or quiet themselves is by far the best and most effective solution for anxiety. Neurofeedback retrains the brain patterns, breaking the cycle of anxiety instead of just treating the symptoms.
